Brown rice flour is the nutritious basis for a substrate. A substrate is needed to grow shrooms and magic truffles. With the rice flour you can build a mix of vermiculite and perlite. This is the perfect basis to build a healthy substrate. The substrate can be put in a filter jar. After that you can colonise the substrate to grow the shrooms. Always make sure that the jar and filter bag has been sterilised to make sure that you can grow the mycelium. You can do this in a pan. After this you can seed the substrate.
