1. Intention Setting: Before you begin, it is important to clearly set your intention for the ceremony. This could be personal growth, healing, showing gratitude, or seeking guidance on a particular challenge.

2. Select cacao nibs: Make sure you use high-quality raw, organic cacao nibs, preferably from a source that supports sustainable and fair trade practices. This not only respects the sacred nature of cocoa, but also ensures that the energy it carries is pure.

3. Ceremonial Cocoa Beverage Making:
